WEB/Online Payments – Pay your utility bill with your checking account or credit/debit card. Set up a log in for future payments and ability to view past payments. Options available for Text2Pay. commercetxpay.com
IVR/Phone Payments – Call in to make your payment over the phone using your credit/debit card. Receive text-base notifications/receipts. 903.886.1350
Bank Draft Payments – Submit the form located at the web address below and email completed form to utilities@commercetx.org and have your bill auto-drafted each month free of charge. commercetx.org
One-Time, Recurring, Auto-Payments
